Diana Deibel is the Chief Design Officer at Grand Studio. She leads teams designing human-centered services and products that people like to use. She is particularly successful with ambiguous or challenging problems, like service design on a global scale, conversation design for behavior change or for users with cognitive concerns, or designing across modalities as with IoT/hardware integrations.
