It is her belief that the greatest impact comes when individuals, teams, and leaders align around a common way of thinking about product strategy, execution, and innovation.

"The organizations that outperform aren't simply investing in training, they're investing in capability. When product teams share a common vocabulary, make decisions through a consistent framework, and continuously apply what they learn, they move faster, collaborate better, and deliver greater customer and business value. That's the impact we're helping our enterprise partners achieve every day."
