Analytical Tactics to Inform Product Decisions

If you’re not using product data to guide your decisions, you’re just guessing. A large amount of data is created to measure user behavior that can be tapped into to guide product decisions. Knowing how to utilize data to improve product decision-making can ensure efficiency, velocity, and ultimately impact. Different analytical approaches best enable different points of decisions, be it surfacing potential opportunities, guiding prioritization, or enabling a data-driven culture with metrics to rally around.
