Bill Franks is the Director of the Center for Data Science and Analytics at Kennesaw State University. Philip Alexander
CEO, Pragmatic Institute
Philip Alexander has spent more than two decades on the front lines of senior-level and international marketing. In 2000 he founded BrandMuscle Inc. in a Boston incubator. Prior to that Philip served as vice president of brand management for Pearle Vision; and as vice president of marketing and advertising for Western Auto.

Noa Ganot
Founder and CEO, Infinify Ltd.
Noa Ganot is the founder and CEO of Infinify Ltd. She is an experienced product executive with 25+ years of software and product leadership positions, such as VP of Product @ Twiggle, Head of Product @ eBay Israel, and Product Lead @ Imperva. Her experience crosses industries, company sizes, and business models, including B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and more. With a rich R&D background originating from MAMRAM, Noa is an expert in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Deep Technology products. At Infinify, Noa serves as a product leadership coach and strategic consultant, helping a variety of companies reach product-market fit and address critical product and strategy-related challenges.
Noa shares her knowledge by teaching and writing about product management. She was part of the team that created the product management class at the Adelson Entrepreneurship School in Reichman University, and is a highly regarded speaker at professional panels, conferences, and meetups. Her blog, Deep Product, is frequently featured in online magazines like Mind the Product, PM Insider, and Product Coalition. Noa’s mentees also benefit from her 20 years of personal and professional coaching experience, in which she has been constantly taking people to their next level.
Paul Young
Instructor, Pragmatic Institute
Paul Young brings over 20 years of experience in hardware, software, and services product management and marketing. Through his career, Paul has launched and managed dozens of B2B and B2C products and successfully implemented the Pragmatic Framework at multiple companies.
His past roles include Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager at Cisco Systems Inc., Director of Product Management at NetStreams, and Manager of SaaS Product Management at Dell. Before becoming an Instructor, Paul served as VP of Product at Pragmatic Institute.
As a Pragmatic Institute instructor, Paul brings exceptional product expertise to help learners elevate their product management skills to become organizational leaders and entrepreneurs.
Amy Graham
Instructor, Pragmatic Institute
Amy Graham brings over 15 years of product management, development, and operations experience to her role as Pragmatic Institute Instructor. She boasts extensive experience leading B2B and B2C software and technology product teams through development and launch.
Her past roles include Operations Manager and Director of Technology Solutions at Work Options Group, Director of Product Management at Bright Horizons, and VP of Client Service and Product Development at TalenTrust.
Amy is a hands-on practitioner of market-driven principles. As a Pragmatic Institute Instructor, Amy brings tremendous mentorship and people management experience to her training and advisory support practices.
