Marketing Metrics that Matter in a Post- COVID World

If you look at your marketing metrics from the last few years and compare them to what you’re seeing in 2020, there’s a good chance the numbers are going to be wildly different.

 

And how could they not? 2020 has been an unprecedented year in almost every aspect. That’s why it’s so important to make sure we’re measuring the right metrics for this new world.

 

On Tuesday, September 29, at 1:30 p.m. ET  we were joined by by Patricia Diaz from Credly. Patricia went over some great tips and tricks on how to begin adjusting your metrics for 2021 now, and the kinds of measurements that are going to really matter in our new normal. From shifting to virtual marketing events to creating content that resonates in a post-COVID world, Patricia had expert advice on it all.
