Competitive Analysis with AI Overview
Assess Competitors Beyond Feature Count
- Evaluate two competitors by distinctive competency, not feature count.
- Separate a real competency from a feature, a stated value, or an aspiration.
- Retain the public source behind every claim.
Find What Their Strength Costs Them
- Use AI to identify what each competitor does unusually well.
- Ask what that strength makes harder for the competitor to change or deliver.
- Identify what the competitor cannot fix without becoming a different company.
Pressure-Test Your Own Advantage
- Use AI to argue that your claimed advantage is actually market parity.
- Test whether the market values it, competitors differ from it, and you can prove it.
- Decide which claims survive and which ones you should stop making.
