How I Built This: A Strong Relationship Between Product and Community

Strong Relationship Between Product and Community

Many product professionals don’t realize the gems they’re sitting on when they don’t regularly communicate and collaborate with their community, social, and customer service teams.

On Tuesday, February 23 , at 2:30 p.m. ET  we were joined by Faisa Mohamed, Community Consultant. Faisa covered a lot of great information in her discussion, like how she proactively organized time to share user feedback with her product team, and how she made sure that the community was part of multiple product processes to ensure the user voice was always represented.

Want to watch some of the tips Faisa went over for stronger collaboration between product and community?
