When the company Pierre-Marc Diennet founded and spent four years building simply evaporated, he found himself with no income, no savings, a baby at home and no job. It was the start of a brutal journey—from failed startup founder to gainfully employed product manager. Out of instinct, he resorted to the kind of product thinking he had spent four years practicing: He treated his job hunt as an exercise in finding product/market fit.
