Pragmatic Institute roles and salary benchmark
Every year, Pragmatic Institute conducts a survey about roles, responsibilities, and compensation for product management and marketing professionals. You can find prior years' results on our web site. As always, we're asking some questions to get more visibility into a typical day in the life of a product manager. And we're still asking compensation questions so you can see how your company's salary and bonus structure compares to the rest of the industry.
Taking the survey is free. Individual responses will be kept confidential. The analysis will be published at no charge on our web site in December.
Are you Pragmatic Institute Certified?
Becoming certified is an investment in one’s career. It may open new career or business opportunities that were previously unavailable as one demonstrates a commitment to the profession. In addition, certifying employees allows companies to differentiate candidates in the hiring cycle, and supports better consistency in internal processes and application of the product management discipline.
In response to growing demand, Pragmatic Institute has developed the Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) certification program. The program’s curriculum is based on Pragmatic Institute’s popular product management seminars and own industry expertise.
