Winning Launches are not Complicated

That’s right.  The success of your launch is directly proportional to its simplicity.  The less complicated you make your Launch Plan the more likely you will experience a winning Launch.  You will be more focused, spend more wisely and see better sales momentum.

It all starts with clear Launch Goals and Objectives.  They should be clear, simple and measurable.  And if you agree with the fundamental principle that a Launch is supposed to generate sales momentum, you should have Goals and Objectives should that reflect that principle.

Review your last launch.  Did the planning process start with clear Goals and Objectives?  Was sales momentum realized?
