In the day-to-day grind of marketing there are many things you are asked to accomplish. All require some kind of result or outcome. Things get in the way of your success. Some you can’t control. Many you can. It’s so easy to get into a rhythm of getting things done just to get them done; mistaking the deliverable for the outcome. You can change that by understanding the importance of the outcome and focusing your efforts around those activities that matter and those that don’t.
